An object, a place, a symbol, something you noticed today.
Reflect with AI
A few questions about what drew you to this image.
Add to your map
Optional — keep the image as an object on your Life Map.
How it works
Take a photo, answer a few reflective questions about what drew you to it, what it reminds you of and what mood it holds. If it feels meaningful, add the image as an object on your Life Map.
Why it matters
- Beyond words — an image can hold a feeling that's hard to name.
- A light practice — one photo, one minute, no streaks.
- A visual record — your reflections form a journal of change over time.
- Private by design — your images and reflections are yours.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to take a new photo every day?
- No. Daily Visual Reflection has no streaks. Use it on the days when an image says more than words.
- What kind of photo works best?
- Anything you actually noticed today — an object, a street, a window, a detail. It does not need to be beautiful.
- What does the AI do with my photo?
- It asks a few reflective questions about what drew you to the image. It does not diagnose or interpret you.
- Do I have to add the image to my Life Map?
- No. Adding it as an object on your map is optional; you can reflect and stop there.
- Are my photos private?
- Yes. Your images and reflections belong to you and are not shared.
