Pulse: One Question a Day
Pulse is a daily practice built into Life Map AI. One gentle question, one optional small change on your inner world map — nothing more.
How it works
Each day, Pulse shows you one reflective question drawn from a rotating set of gentle prompts.
You answer in a sentence or two. Then Pulse invites (but never requires) one small change on your Life Map — move, resize or add an object.
That's the whole ritual. No streaks. No badges. No pressure to be consistent.
Why it matters
Most self-reflection tools ask too much and stop being used. Pulse is deliberately small so it fits any day.
Over time, the small daily changes on your map become a quiet record of what's shifting in your inner world — visible when you want to look, invisible when you don't.
Frequently asked questions
How long does Pulse take?
Usually less than a minute. One question, one optional small change.
Do I lose progress if I skip a day?
No. Pulse has no streaks and no gamification — it's about noticing, not performing.
Where do the questions come from?
They are gentle reflective prompts rotated over time so each day feels fresh.
Is Pulse the same as journaling?
It's a lightweight version of journaling — one focused question paired with a small visual change.
Can I use Pulse in my language?
Yes. Pulse is available in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew.
